Today is 9/11/23 I arrived at the restaurant around 5:50 and as soon as I walked in the worker informed me that they were closed. I told her that the sign says 6:30 on weekdays. She then replied in a nasty voice that, “I close at 6:00 when I work”. I asked her for her name and she wouldn’t give it to me but told me the boss’s name is Susan. I love this place and was looking forward to a meatball sandwich but instead I’m writing this review. What a disappointment!
We've never had a bad sandwich from Bambino's. Their subs are the length of my forearm, and as such can be easily split into multiple meals or with multiple people. Their breakfast sandwiches are just as good. We've also ordered their family meals as a fundraiser for a local school and it was enough to feed our family of 3 for multiple meals. I highly recommend Bambino's if you are in the area.
Today was my first time going here. It was morning and I ordered a “Great Hambino” which is a breakfast sandwich.The lady behind the counter made me a “Great Bambino” which is an Italian sub.I took it reluctantly and was extremely dissatisfied because of the mix up….. it was like 8:30 AM the lady should have questioned the name of the sandwich.$16 for a sub that I threw half away….yuck!!
Additionally, the eggplant hero here has to be the most flavorless thing I've ever had—it's the literal definition of less than zero. They built an entire sandwich around it. While they use high-quality deli meats, which is a plus, their in-house products and service leave much to be desired. Book a table now
However, the atmosphere could be a bit more welcoming and the cleanliness could use some improvement, as it is a takeout-only spot. There were only a few staff members working, which resulted in a longer wait for my sandwich. I can only imagine how hectic it must get during a busy lunch rush.
Had the penne chicken sandwich and the meatball parm sandwich on heros.... Wack sandwiches.... Wack service! You could tell chicken was old and the meatball was old.... Kid who made it and served me had a poor attitude too.... Never coming back.... Just looks good in the pics..
Sandwiches are divine. I am picky about my eggplant and the eggplant drunken parm was delicious. My partner enjoyed his Iron Man. To top it off, they have excellent chocolate cannolis. The team here is also pleasant!
I just waited 20 min after i called an order in!!! It wasn't some huge order, only 3 sandwiches.....AND I paid $37 for 3 sandwiches (1 whole and 2 half's). Overpriced, and the service is terrible....NEVER AGAIN! Book a table now
Their chicken parmesan sandwiches are absolutely delicious! If I could, I would go there every day. The large sandwich paired with a nice grape soda is the perfect combination.
