My one complaint about this restaurant is how bad the service is. I went with a friend there for lunch and it took them well over 15 minutes to bring us the water and menus. Afterwards it took another 20 minutes to get our order! In the meantime they brought us a salad that looked like the manager special bags of old soggy salad you get a a grocery store. We ordered shrimp and a beef dish... Quality was OK, nothing special to rave about. Wouldn't visit this restaurant again. THE BEST Chinese Restaurant in the ENTIRE Valley. Every single dish is incredible. Everything you order is fresh, delicious and delightful. Every person, from the servers to the patrons, are ecstatic to be there. We have been coming to Bamboo for almost 20 years and every time we go we are reminded about how special and wonderful this restaurant is. Joseph is practically family and we hope to visit for another 50 years.
Love this restaurant. Probably the best Chinese food in the area. Happily, they're also near my home and, as a bonus, they're open on Christmas day for take out or dine in! Every year, we order takeout to share with our family, after the movies, of course
