I found a band aid in one of the baked goods we bought from bang goom teo. I unknowingly chewed through it and spit it out as soon as I found it. I called to let them know, and I asked him to find out who was wearing the band aid (whether it was him or other workers there to figure out if that person might have any infections (like hepatitis, etc. that could affect me, but he just kept saying he wasn't wearing one yesterday. I tried to explain what I wanted from him, but he didn't even try to listen to me and understand. He just hung up the call and is no longer answering my calls. We didn't even get a refund for this. The whole place is pretty unsanitary we saw so many flies around the bake...
This bakery is conveniently located near the bus stops, so I visit it from time to time. They offer a nice selection of Korean baked goods. However, I think they could benefit from hiring additional staff to help take orders. With too few workers, there's a chance your order might be forgotten or delayed. Despite this, it's still a decent place to relax and enjoy some pastries.
So it's been a hit or miss. Sometimes some of breads are so so good. And then others, it's not as much. We show up around the same time every time which makes it the oddest. One day, the owner had given us corn bread to try and I absolutely loved it. I went back the second time and I was so disappointed. Then, last time it was great. So who knows...

I decided to give this place a shot on a whim, but it turned out to be nothing exceptional. The service was mediocre, and the soboro lacked flavor, tasting mostly like plain bread.
I would recommend coming here if Starbucks is too crowded for you to study or work. The bingsoo was delicious, but the menu didn't have much variety.
The coffee here is fantastic, and the bakery is exceptional. I've sampled a variety of unique and new flavors, and each one has been impressive.
We enjoyed the ginger tea, lattes, and strawberry pastry, all of which were outstanding. The service and hospitality were excellent as well.
