Coming from a family that gets takeout Thai food seemingly three times a week (at least), I can attest with full confidence that this is one of the top places around in terms of flavor, service, and consistency. As someone who rarely shies away from spice, I can also say with full confidence that the spice levels at Aung's are LEGIT. Hot had my mouth burning throughout the meal and there is one level (Thai Hot) above that, too. While everything I have had there has been absolutely delicious, I would recommend the Drunken Noodle above all else...a fantastically delicious dish. Whether you choose to eat out or dine-in, Aung's is a true winner and one of our favorite spots in the area
was there for the first time. the fast-lunch-gend, since pearl by siam does not yet offer dine and this place was rated very much. as vegetarian, ordered vegan options and the server was very accommodating. had tom yam soup and drunk noodles. both dishes tasted ok, but I had better Thai cuisine in other restaurants in denver. the location had very limited parking spaces and even during a working week it was difficult to find parking. not sure how it is managed at the weekend and during dinner hours. also the prices were on the higher side for the midday menu, but this could be high by the excuse of the covid and the inflation.
My family and I LOVE Aung's food! Unfortunately, a woman who hasn't worked there, through most of Covid, is back. We didn't go there for so long, because of her, so we were excited when new, friendly, employees started working there! I don't know this woman's name, but she is so rude, looks like she hates her job, and is annoyed by anything I ask for. She also never says thank you. She always makes me feel like I'm bothering her. Unfortunately, I think she may be a family member of the owner, so I don't think she's going anywhere. Ugh, I'm so disappointed that she's back.
Avoid Appetizers and stick with Main courses!Good: Green curry with chicken was awesome. Drunken noodles also solid flavor! I wish it had more veggies but still great.bad: the pork egg rolls aren’t good they taste like they have spam or a weanie fried. The crab rangoons just tasted like fried cream cheese.

these are the hands below best Thai food in the city! my partner and I love Thai food and are so glad that we found this place. very fresh and tasteful. the personal is also very good about what can and cannot be made gluten-free. what, a tonne dish can be made gluten-free, which is so beautiful!
The food was good but the dine in service left a lot to be desired. Took almost 20 minutes before someone took our order. We were minutes away from getting up and walking out. It wasn't even that busy! Seemed like they cared more about their take out orders than serving people in the restaurant.
we ordered tom yum suppe and drunk noodles (both vegan), which was simply ok. had better Thai food in denver. the restaurant was clean and the order was taken quickly and the food service was also fast. the price was also something on the higher side. very limited parking spaces.
Best Thai food in the area. Drunken noodles as phenomenal. I would get them everyday if I could. I always get it to go and they are quick. I love getting anything from here and bring it home to my roommates all the time!

this food is my number one favorite for thai in the neighborhood. I don't care about the ambiente of the place, so usually get dressed. eating is top notch and host are nice. highly recommended.
Simply the best Thai food I've ever had. Never had a bad dish or experience. I would eat here every day if I could. The staff are very polite as well.
