If you want to receive good tips, it's important to provide excellent service. Simply throwing food at customers and expecting high tips won't work. Tips should be earned through outstanding service and quality food, not demanded. I witnessed this first-hand when I was there with a friend. The restaurant used to be great, but it seems they've become greedy. Why would anyone just give away money? Most of us go there for a great dining experience, not just to give tips. I hope the management takes action to address these issues.
Food is decent no doubt. Service is ok although the middle aged lady is not professional. But the main reason for only 2 stars is the fact that they will not let the guest leave until tip is paid.A better alternative is my thai kitchen on 15 Mike road (just a mile down north). The food and service is better and they will not extort for tip (and they do deserve tip there for the excellent service)
Took a friend there for a birthday celebration. The food was tasty and the service outstanding. It’s almost 5 stars, but I ordered it spicy and it wasn’t very hot. Another place I go to uses fresh chili peppers for their spicy dishes, which would earn Bangkok Cuisine a full 5 stars if they did the same.
This was my first time ordering from Bangkok Cuisine, and I was pleasantly surprised. The texture, temperature, and flavor were all spot on. My order was made exactly how I requested. I definitely won’t hesitate to order Thai food from here again. The Pra Ram Long Song was absolutely amazing!

The best Thai food in the area. Generous portions and outstanding flavors. The spice level is well-balanced and consistent. The dine-in experience is always warm and inviting, with excellent service. I even travel specifically to enjoy this restaurant.
Food is reheated. They give you hardly any meat and it is way overpriced for the amount you get. You can find better quality for a way better price elsewhere. And horrible customer service!! Manager has issues. Very unfriendly and unprofessional.
We had a hard time finding anything open on Easter so we made the drive out here and it was totally worth it. Food was good, service was good. We'll be back.Vegetarian options: They have several veggie dishes and tofu as a meat substitute.
Flavor was right on! Service left nothing to be desired (it was good). My only negative was the order of duck I had was pretty boney. Spice was good. Will be coming back!Food: 4/5
