I don't even know where to begin... First of all, every bag they handed out was covered in grease and sauce. It's not hard to wipe your hands before giving the customer their order. The restaurant was way too busy for only having two staff members working. I came to pick up an Uber order that was supposed to be ready, but ended up waiting over 20 minutes while the two of them kept making mistakes. And don't even get me started on the rudeness... One of the servers asked for a customer's name, and when they replied, he just said "Go.. what?" Customer service skills were seriously lacking. And to top it off, one of the servers seemed stressed and took it out on his coworker. The bowls they wer...
Some things are way overpriced. There was a lot of black pepper in the rice. I took it home and couldn't even eat it cause I'm sensitive. Who even puts black pepper in rice??The smoothie was good at least.Sometimes there's a long wait so order on your phone. Once I got a kids açaí bowl and it was soo small. The normal size is only a bit more and way bigger. Kids pricing doesn't make sense.
I have never felt compelled to leave a review before, but I had to share my experience this time. The rice in my poke bowl was undercooked and so hard that I could only eat the fish. I was disappointed to find very little fish in a $17 bowl. The server had an attitude and failed to include the extra topping I paid for. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! I had the pleasure of being served by the sweetest and most professional employee, Janay, who made me the most incredible Chicken Pesto Panini I have ever tasted! I will definitely be returning in the future. 5 stars all the way!

I just want to share my experience at your restaurant. Janay is a doll : not only is she polite, always has a smile on her face, she made me the best shrimp bowl I ever had! I will be back and when I can't make it to Scarsdale I will Uber it from Scarsdale!
Horrible, I ordered a chicken fajita bowl the rice is HARD and the chicken is HARD! Do you guys check this food before serving it? This is a waste of $12 I rather go to chipotle.

Lowkey bad service and the smoothie was terribly thick and very thick so it was to drink but it taste aight. My jaw was shivering
