I ordered a meal from this restaurant and one of the dishes was not prepared correctly. I called to inform them about the mistake and was told they would correct it. After arguing with them about the error and them trying to attribute it to asking for extra sauce, I waited for them to fix the problem but nothing happened. I called again to let them know our food had gotten cold, but the person on the phone rudely hung up on me. Our family's takeaway night was ruined by this level of rudeness and lack of customer service. It is unacceptable for them to use a simple request for extra sauce as an excuse for ruining a £25 meal.
I haven't visited this restaurant in a while and I don't plan on returning. It used to be a good takeaway when Shakeel was in charge. The two employees who served me seemed inexperienced and lacked personality, although one of them did say thank you. The kebab on chips was disappointing, and I'm relieved I didn't order anything larger. The pakora was overcooked and not appetizing, and the doner meat was chopped into small burnt pieces. It shouldn't be that hard to get it right.

Best Indian food in Bangor, and also the best kebabs. Food doesn't take too long to be cooked for curries, and kebabs are only a couple of minutes wait. There is parking just out the front. Both kebabs and curries are cheaper than other places in Bangor, and much nicer! Definitely recommend both their Indian food and their kebabs! PS. Get an onion bhaji mint yogurt. You won't regret it.
Excellent. Always great service here. The staff remember you order every time you go in yes i do like a good kebab) this is the best kebab house in Bangor. Don't go any where else. Food is always fresh. And the sweet chilli sauce is to die for!!!! Keep up the good work.
good fresh quality naan and well seasoned huh. fresh salad and a decent amount of sauce. I could only say that the sauces were easy on the watery side and the price was a little more expensive than I expected. overall a pleasant and clean meal. thanks.
wow, what a stunning mixed kebab. was so shocked at this place, how warns ready for the taste of the chicken! boiled on perfection and the chili sauce best I ever had! a floor 8 of 10! chips were abit standard and average taste! they let off the meal.

I don't know what these young do to prepare chickens like them, but it's **** amazing tender. on one of the softest fuffiest nan brote I've ever had. very simple it is one of the best I've ever eaten in thirty years. 10/10
eating here is terrible. a mixed kebab ordered on chips. nothing was nice. ends up throwing away most of them. I wish I had just gone to my usual Kebab shop's hurdle. that will know again!
