I’m really glad I didn’t let some of the negative reviews deter me. First of all, I'm not typically a fan of Asian cuisine, but my husband was really craving it. I decided to order the beef teriyaki, and I have to say it was the best I've ever had. I've tried a lot of different Asian dishes because my husband and daughter love this type of food. So, Bao, please keep up the amazing work! Thank you for making this the first time I've truly enjoyed Asian food.
I ordered for delivery. They said 1 hour. 11/2 hour later it was delivered cold. Not only cold but my BBQ pork fried rice(lg) was missing. Called and they said they would send it right away. 40 minutes and no bbq rice. Called back and they said it was there, do I want it. I said no just a refund. No, they don’t do refunds, just credit on my “account “ . Horrible customer service. I will never order from then again!!!!
An order of large fried rice was filling for the both of us. It was so delicious! The whole place was clean and service was nice and friendly. Can’t wait for more fried rice :
