We fancied a light bite early on in the evening and found most places didn’t get going til after eight. We were directed to this bar by a local and although initially had to double check the recommendation from the outside, we learnt not to judge a Spanish bar by the exterior. Opening the door the place way alive with Spanish conversation. The man behind the bar was friendly and found us a table. Our waitress could see us struggling from the Spanish menu and was able to help with recommendations and we ended up with a great array of beautiful, authentic food washed down by great local wine. Tengo muchos lugares con solera, que recuperan la esencia del lugar. excelente bodega para hacer tapas, la vermut del fin de semana o el compartimento de vinos a granel. buenos precios y buen ambiente
Quimet nunca falla. Taberna pequeña pero muy acogedora. Calidad de comida y lugar de esos que dan ganas de repetir. Intenta reservar ya que al ser pequeño, es difícil encontrar mesa en el momento
We were lucky to get a little table for too on our 1st night in Barcelona. Lovely waitress who recommended a selection of nice tapas and wines. Enjoyable evening in an authentic atmosphere.
