My son & I were on our way north from Spain back to Germany. We decided to take our chance and at 13:00, on one Monday recently we agreed to simply leave the main autoroute at the next exit and find somewhere to eat. This brought us to the town of Toul and after parking the car in a free car park just out of town, we walked to the large Place des Trois Eveches and hit upon the Bar de France.
