it was an ideal place for a drink before the meal with a view of a beautiful place. Unfortunately, this was not happening because we waited for our order to be taken and then unfortunately not appeared. who was wondering how long were they waiting?. the man became irritable, we had become invisible. oh well, after waiting too long we decided to go over the beautiful place to elissaldia and had nice drinks and snack before we run with thirst.
We visited this bar and had a meal on the lunchtime. The food was good and the service excellent. On the strength of that, we visited the bar again in the evening for a drink. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the lady behind the bar was rude to my wife and I for no apparent reason. As my previous reviews show, it is not my custom to post poor reviews, but feel this justified.
Had dinner there on an overnight stop in Bidart, en route for Spain. Waiters extremely friendly and helpful, chose the recommended starter of the day which was an unusual red mullet tart. Scrummy. Frites to die for. Busy place, locals and holiday makers. Wasn't cheap but good quality food with great taste.
Brilliant bar/restaurant situated in town square. Limited menu but each dish was delicious. Great staff who always remembered our drinks order from day to day. This is the place to eat and drink for people-watching.and also to watch the locals playing pelota on the adjoining court. Definitely recommend. Book a table now
The service their was bad, our waiter left in the middle of our order to say bye to another table and didn't return. When we he returned he said nothing about just leaving. Short meny, but good food. We had to ask 4 times for the bill only to be told we had to go inside to pay in the bar!
Enjoyed an evening meal here. They have a decent menu and the service was excellent with a very helpful waitress. Seemed a popular place. The interior is slightly stark, but in a great location. Bidart is a fantastic little village.
As it was very well located and offers good quality we actually visited this bar / restaurant a number of times and were quite pleased. Good food, good service and a nice place for hanging out. Highly recommended!
Went there for a Gin and Tonic after dinner in a nearby restaurant. The service was not the greatest. They have a nice terrace and the decor is pretty nice too. Prices on the up side though.. Book a table now
Visited this restaurant during the off season. Food tasted very well. The card is not really big but theres probably something everyone would like. The sangria is home made!
