We called in for a drink while walking along Les Planches, in fairness it was the only place open. That’s where the good news ends. This is a very expensive place the staff were way too keen to get money out of us. Not a pleasant experience. I would urge the cafe to revisit their customer service, much to improve.
The best service we have ever had thanks to CLAIRE and all the friendly stuff. Food was amazing too. Always ask for CLAIRE: friendly, smiling, perfect service and very caring.

Very cold inside, very slow service, tables are old and dirty, people are rude, prices are crazy, toilets are a mess...just a famous name, but clearly a place to avoid!
