I don't note the tapas that were good, but the deplorable service. A single server can’t handle everything, to ask for something you almost have to go directly to order it at the bar, or arm yourself with an unlimited patient. The manager should stop trying to save money and hire more servers, which would allow customers not to feel like just good cows to milk.
Bar who's got to change the morning waiter who's taking it for another not a smile, not a hint. To avoid the weekends in the morning server alone or you have to wait about 10 min for a coffee plus its bad mood ....
