The Chicken Parm Grilled Cheese did not look like the picture at all. The piece of chicken was small and only covered one side of the sandwich. The edges were burnt to a crisp, making it impossible to bite through. The Bavarian Pretzels were mushy and tasted like they had just been pulled out of the freezer. The food was cold and of poor quality overall.
This was our first time at this restaurant! We were greeted upon entering and told we could sit wherever we liked. The prices were very reasonable - we only spent $30 for two meals. The service was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this place!
I ordered a double patty burger with an extra charge of $5, but I only received one patty. I also requested for an egg, but it was missing from my order. However, aside from these errors, the burger was delicious and cooked perfectly.

Tonight, we were served by Steve at the restaurant. He was very attentive and greatly enhanced our dining experience. We will definitely return and recommend to friends.
