First sight of this place was when it was hosting an elderly heavy metal band outside on the pavement. Le tout Seyne Sur Mer was there to watch..It's straightforward wholesome brasserie stuff, pictorial menu. Appears to be run by a Ukrainian, with some Ukraine/Russian type dishes.
Great reception, drink a good beer after work with peanuts, and ashtray for smoker. .A real pleasure, I will not fail to return to it. to eat this time..Finally a restaurant bar at the height of its customers..Thank you to the boss and all the staff.
