the reason for the score is due to a “fall” of the room and the kitchen staff, so we couldn’t eat what we were going to eat, the chuleton. We were not asked at any time the point of the meat when they took the command and when they brought it to the table, it was made in extremis (not to the point or done), failure of the waiter that could have been solvent in the kitchen if they had decided to order or simply leave little warm.
