dinner: what a fantastic meal! economical appetizer was delicious and full of taste ei custard is a unique supplement, but very well worked. the eigelb ravioli is a roll coaster of aromen on wonderful wise. our most important escapes, ribeye and heavy fish, were perfectly prepared with tasteful guides. huge kudos on our server, ct he was charming and took care of us during our visit. it was an hour waiting to get space, but eating and service were excellent. breakfast: we also ate here for brunch the next morning. they do not accept reservations, first come serve first. they were clearly short-circuited and the two hostesses had difficulty managing both the waitress and their own stress (you...

We had a family bday lunch. It took over 20 minutes to get 8 drinks prior to our meal and we were never asked again if we wanted another. Drinks average at best, one was missing the lemon and olives, we attempted to get staff attention with no luck and had to go up to the bar. 3 working persons passed right by us and didn't answer or hear our excuse mes. It was just item after item that made for a never again feeling on this place. A beef burger was over cooked, when the waitress suggested medium. Two salads warm that sat under the light for too long, crab dry. Asked for a side of dressing and meal was completed by the time she came with dressing as a bus person was taking empty plates. We had a lovely celebratory dinner with excellent service. They offered amazing cocktails and I had easily the best duck I have ever had in my life. My friend's halibut was overcooked, but they quickly made it right and she said it was perfect the second time. The desserts were quite good, too. I didn't want to share my banana chocolate mousse. My friend asked for an espresso martini even though it wasn't on the menu and it was quite beautiful and tasty. I had never eaten at this restaurant before, but will be back for special occasions.

We ate here twice for brunch during our stay at Willows Lodge and both times it was SO wonderful! Everything we tried was just excellent, I could have ordered it all again. They were very helpful with our request for gluten free options as well. Drinks were great too! My favorite thing was the mac and cheese – so rich and creamy, it was the stuff of my dreams. Loved Barking Frog so much!

Perfectly prepared food and a killer wine list. Service was impeccable with ambience to match.We visited for dinner and for brunch. Brunch was also flawless executed. The chefs here know what they are doing.
