I consistently rate this restaurant a perfect 10 out of 10, even after visiting for over eight years. The food is always fresh, and the staff continues to impress—they truly go above and beyond! The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, with a wholesome vibe no matter when you visit. If you haven't been here yet, I highly recommend it!
What a delightful little spot my son and I stumbled upon! We both enjoyed omelets, grits, and toast, and it was absolutely delicious. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is incredibly friendly. It feels like most of the patrons are regulars here.
barksdales doesn't need any introduction, but for those who don't know. that is the point. breakfast and lunch always amazing. cook at home, fast and cheap. the staff is super and friendly and they are open when it snows, someone has to feed them.

This is a no-frills diner with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally pleasant. Make sure to arrive early, as they don’t serve dinner.
