Of course, they've been experiencing supply chain issues with their bags, so they ask customers to just hand over their items without a bag. When I asked for a bag, the employee checked if I was sure I wanted one since they only had four left. I ended up not taking one, which was kind of funny! On a positive note, they have a great selection of gifts for children, including games and lots of Harry Potter merchandise.
Jacob is outstanding! He is very helpful, friendly, and always willing to accommodate. He represents the restaurant exceptionally well.
This cozy spot in the bookstore is perfect for taking a moment to unwind. The staff here are absolutely wonderful!
