235 minutes to get a sandwich. 3 requests to check on progress. Lots of apologies but no refund or offer to do anything. Why not a 1? Nice woman working in dispatch. Good sandwiches but bad service. “Sorry man, I’ll get you next time” doesn’t cut it.
Build Your Own Sandwich was made exactly as I wanted it, delish! Main ingredient was chicken salad: juicy and tasty. Asian Crisp Salad was great except edamame very stale, inedible. Scoop of Coleslaw was on the dry side.
