During a business trip to Douglas, I asked a local for a BBQ recommendation, and he suggested Barnyard BBQ. I decided to give it a try and ordered a half rack of ribs, which was actually more like a full rack, along with sides of potato salad and green beans. Without a doubt, these were the best ribs I've ever had. If you enjoy wet ribs, their delicious sauce is available, but honestly, the ribs were phenomenal on their own, without any sauce. The sides were equally impressive. I highly recommend this hidden gem if you’re in Douglas, Georgia and craving authentic BBQ.
Although I don't visit as often as I'd like due to the slightly high prices, I can confidently say this is the best food I've ever had! I absolutely love their tender, juicy ribs that just fall off the bone. And let's not forget their delicious stuffed potatoes—I always end up ordering both! I'm not from the countryside, but I truly enjoy their country-style cooking. Plus, their Brunswick stew is simply scrumptious! As for parking, there's an open parking area available.
The chicken and ribs were delicious! Very tender and juicy. My husband loved the baked beans. I wasn’t a fan of the potato salad. It was more like mashed potatoes salad with its texture and it was a bit too briny for my taste. But all in all a delicious meal and the price was More than fair for the portions and quality
It is sooooo worth it! My first time two weeks ago trying rib dinner plate with green beans and tater salad with a side of Brunswick stew, this is sooooo good I was craving more!!! Today was my pay day and I had to go and get me some! Yuuuuuuuuuum yuuuuuuuuuum! Book a table now
Today around 6:00 pm I ordered a rib tip plate and y’all the tips was so hard we could not eat them coleslaw taste like dill slaw they put dill pickles in it and it was nasty this was the worse plate I have ever got from them.??3️⃣?
We were in the area and we saw the sign for Barnyard BBQ the best BBQ in Douglas and boy are they alright you get a ton of food it's reasonably priced and you can't go wrong with whatever you get
I enjoyed their whole stuffed potato. It was amazing. I'm going back to get another one. I did get coleslaw too but the coleslaw was not on point ? but everything else was awesome
I got the 1/2 stuff potato ? and it was the bomb loaded with pulled pork, cheese ?, chives, and butter ?. I will be going back. Book a table now
Good barbecue. I ordered the half stuffed potato and that was enough for me. I prefer Barnyard over Pa Bills…just saying.
