If I could give this establishment no stars, I would. Each time I have ordered a cake from this location it has NEVER been available the day of the pick up. I made no complaint today because I should know better at this point, however, when I returned to the store after the time the staff said the cake I ordered would arrive from another location, the owner/manager had the audacity to be extremely rude to me AND made no apology for my inconvenience. Additionally, she also spoke disrespectfully to her employees which was not surprising, but still disgraceful. 2nd time in a row the food was old. The first time the chicken roasted pepper wrap smelled like sweaty socks. This time just got a bagel with cream cheese and it was hard as a rock almost. Clearly it was about a week old maybe. The staff isn't the friendliest. I think the health inspector needs to be contacted and have this place investigated. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I'm not sure about the night shift workers, but the early morning staff during the week are some of the rudest people I've ever met. They appear to lack basic customer service skills, rush you through the drive-thru, and make you feel like you're a bother to them. I really dread placing my order, but since this is the only Dunkin' on my way to work, I continue to endure it.
I visited the restaurant late on November 6th, and I have to say, the young man at the window was outstanding. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. He’s hands down the best drive-thru worker I’ve ever met. Thank you, you were incredible!

Gabby was exceptionally helpful during our visit. She attended to all our needs, and I was very impressed with her service. She was kind to both me and my friend. When my friend took a spill, Gabby promptly checked on her and demonstrated genuine concern for her well-being.
