I visited this location for a 2nd time in one month..I must say the girl working at the time 10/26/22 was not very pleasant...no engagement with customers..just takes the order and runs to the back..I decided to buy 2 larger tubs so I dont have to come back here..I will try other locations..tip : If you don't like your job don't do it.It costs an individual nothing to be pleasant..also my icecream wasnt even packed properly..the lid of the larger one did not stay on and I even had to request spoons like seriously??!!! Talk about customer service. #do better
AWESOME LOCATION OF BASKIN ROBBINS!!! I REALLY ENJOYED MY TWO-SCOOPS GOLD MEDAL RIBBON AND PEANUT BUTTER N CHOCOLATE!!! I JUST LOVE THAT BASKIN ROBBINS ALLOWS YOU TO TRY ANY FLAVOUR OF ICE CREAM, SO THAT YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR DESIRED FLAVOUR ACCORDINGLY!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!
I had an excellent experience with the customer service provided by Arpit. The ice cream scoops were delicious, and there was a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Be sure to ask for a spicy ice cream sample—it's a must-try!

Girl working jan 28 2023 extremely rude.Entered store at 929 on the dot door was open. Said she was closed and refused to take my order
I was disappointed with how the ice cream was scooped. This is the second time I've encountered this issue.
The restaurant is supposed to open at 11:00 AM, but at 11:10 AM it's still closed. What terrible service!
I came at 9pm and the store was closed. On your door it said 10pm, it also said 10pm online. Terrible!! Book a table now
