I am giving this review based on my personal experience with this place . They deserve every star. I called them about possibly having an extra unicorn cake , the young lady told me that she had an extra can do unicorn toppers on top . I took the chance said okay, once I get the cake it was better than I thought . It was simple yet very cute was happy with the way they accommodated my request on the same day basis . The second was yesterday I spoke with janelle she was super nice young lady helped me get my cake as I wanted for my son , it turned out how I liked it she was very friendly about helping making sure it was possible . The staff that helped me both times were friendly welcoming ....
I arrived at this restaurant at 9:35, just before their 10pm closing time. I was informed that they were only serving ice cream when I tried to order a frappe. As I contemplated my order, an employee began turning off lights and cleaning, indicating that they wanted me to leave. When I tried to order a sundae, I was told that the sundae machine was not working. It seemed like the employees were being lazy and didn't want to work anymore. I suggest that the restaurant reconsider their employees or closing procedures, as it was only 9:30, 30 minutes before closing time, and they didn't seem interested in serving customers.
Best customer service by far. I’ve gone to Many Baskin Robbins and this one is exceptional. I love that I am greeted immediately when I walk in and the workers are so friendly. Will continue to support this business and highly recommend.
My friend and I absolutely love the cookies and cream at this restaurant. I appreciate that they have outdoor seating so you can relax and enjoy. The service is always friendly and the cleanliness of the place is a big plus.
