I recently visited a Baskin Robbins and I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. An older man took my order and I requested two scoops with Oreo toppings, not realizing that toppings are only for sundaes. When he explained this to me, I changed my order to just the two scoops. He seemed irritated and asked why I kept changing my order, telling me to think about what I want before ordering. I came to this restaurant late at night with no other customers around to order two ice creams. When I ordered my first item, the clerk abruptly cut me off and told me to pull up to the window. Upon trying to order my second item, an ice cream without chocolate, I was informed that they did not have that flavor. After naming several other flavors, I was told they did not have them either. I asked the clerk to list the flavors they did have without chocolate, to which he only mentioned strawberry and vanilla. The restaurant has changed their hours, so I stopped by before work at 4:03, but they were closed. The next day, I tried again at 4:10, 4:15, and finally at 4:20 when they were open. Unfortunately, nothing was ready to be cooked or prepared. The excuse given was that the oven was not working or turned off, and even when it was working, it would take 10 to 15 minutes to heat up. So my door dash delivers from this location. And I order at least once a week. Now every single time I order they always mess it up. They always mess up one of the flavors, and absolutely never give me my toppings. I handle it with Doordash but every time I try to call to ask them what happened and why they don't read my order right they refuse to answer the phone. They need new staff. Because apparently the ones they have on the night crew are incompetent.

Went to go get ice-cream today at 8:20 pm and the girl there wasn?t interested in serving us. No hi, hello or any greetings. Husband I got three different flavor cups of ice-cream to go and after check out she just walked away to be on her phone. Didn?t give us a bag to carry. I had to ask for a bag and she just hand me the bag and went back to check her phone. Guess teenager just being a teenager but can use some training.
The man working was frustrated we came to get ice cream at 10:15. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He filled my cone only half way. The two hot fudge sundaes as well. He was mean, like trying to make us feel guilty for ordering ice cream because he was working alone. My total came to $20.00 for what I ordered and I was jipped. Never will get ice cream here again but sure he will be happy about that. ????

The staff at the intersection of Army Trail and County Farm Roads are incredibly friendly and courteous. When I ordered coffees and four plain bagels, they even offered to cut them for me, a service I had never experienced at any other Dunkin' Donuts locations.
