This place was incredibly disappointing. The male staff were quite arrogant. We ordered a thick shake, but what we received was a milkshake that tasted terrible! When we politely asked for it to be corrected, the male staff member rudely insisted that we had ordered a milkshake and blamed me for the misunderstanding. All I wanted was my thick shake! There was no need for him to try and act smart in front of the other customers; it’s simply not how to treat people. I left feeling very let down. To the owner: please consider having this person replaced! Price per person: A$20–40 Service: 1/5.
Came in with my husband and daughter for lunch on 17th June. We've been coming here for ice cream dates every Friday for the last 4 years with no problems at all but today we received a banana split and banana royal which were half the size of what we usually get. When I asked for proper sized scoops, she said she would have to charge me more! My daughter also received the wrong flavour. We won't be coming back and will start going to Sweet Republick instead.
We visited the restaurant for some ice cream, but unfortunately, the cones we received were broken. When we asked to have them replaced, the staff member at the counter refused and rudely suggested that we didn't know how to hold an ice cream cone. This experience was quite disrespectful, and the establishment definitely needs to improve its customer service.
Came in for the first time and ordered a sticky date pudding ice cream in a cup. It was $13 this thing was so tiny I finished it with 4 spoons. I was about to refuse to pay and question what that was and they asking 13$ but I was not bothered to make a scene. Will not return. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I recently visited a restaurant and had a banana split. While the photo in the menu looks appealing, I was disappointed to find that they don't offer cherries as a topping. If you're not a fan of chocolate sauce, you're out of luck because that's the only option they provide.
The service at this restaurant is definitely worth the extra trip. Although it's not my nearest Baskin Robbins, they consistently have everything in stock, and the manager is excellent—extremely helpful. Overall, I rate the food 5, the service 5, and the atmosphere 5.
Came in late just before closing on Tuesday the 7th of June and was served in a friendly and professional manner by the young lady working who I assume had already cleaned up for the night. Shout out to her she's the best!

Drove 20 minutes to findout they dont open at 11AM its actually 12PM it was a long wait for ice cream. Edit. Wow after waiting the hour in the car apparently they defrosted their freezers and have no ice cream
It's an ice-cream shop, that sells great icecream. What more could you want.
