This morning was an unforgettable experience at Dunkin donuts in hyattsville, not in a good way... The service makes this place a disaster. Tiffany needs training, also she needs to reevaluate her people skills. She failed to do the basic and call out the order number on my receipt and verify orders with customers claiming them at pick up, she still had the nerve to blame me vs taking ownership of HER mistake, I told her going forward check the customers receipts before handing out food. After I received corrected order, she kept ranting, pointing the finger at me and blaming me for just standing there to her peers while I was dinning in, she took this experience personal, it 's customer ser...
Upon entering Baskin-Robbins, the cashier completely ignored my presence. To make matters worse, they had run out of pralines and cream ice cream, and she wanted to charge me an extra $2 for a hand-packed option. I'm already inconvenienced because they don't have what I want, and now I have to pay more? Additionally, when I requested sprinkles on the side, she had to call someone over because she didn't know how to ring that up. Seriously?! You can't make this stuff up—unbelievable! Would not recommend this location based on my experience with their menu and service.
I arrived early around 7:45 am. The associate took my order and was all over it in a jiffy! Great job. Two dozen assorted for an office gift plus my own breakfast. Handled everything from taking the order, putting together the boxes, selecting the donuts, made my bagel sandwich and coffee and then checked me out. A lot of tasks in a short period of time. Excellent!
We ordered a sandwich and they left the paper on the cheese. So disgusting. It was not melted and the sandwich was luke warm. Would give it 0 stars if I could, and would recommended you NEVER COME HERE. The cops came and escorted a women out clearly on drugs.

I do not recommend ordering from Baskin-Robbins at all. I was never informed when my order arrived; it was left on the porch for who knows how long. Neither the driver nor the restaurant called to let me know when my food from their menu would be arriving.
Every time I order a banana split, they seem to be out of bananas. As a result, I have to settle for a three-scoop cup instead. It's still good, but it could have been much better.
I had there for ice cream and received child size portions in a cup. There selections were very limited. Worse experience I've received since going to a BR.
This ice cream shop is fantastic! The mango mousse cake was delicious and expertly balanced, not overly sweet like at many other places.
