The coffee we received was terrible. They messed up a simple order for two caramel iced coffees, getting both mine and my mom's drinks wrong. We asked the two gentlemen if they could add caramel, as our drinks tasted like three-day-old coffee and were watered down before the ice even had a chance to melt. One of them said he would add more caramel, but what he added didn’t taste like caramel at all.
