Awful service! There was one customer in front of me, and the cashier was clearly getting frustrated with them. When it was finally my turn to place an order, the older man at the register began to rush me. His coworker offered to make my drink since the older man was handling the register, but he insisted on doing it himself and ended up messing up my order. When I pointed out that he had given me the wrong drink, he said he charged me for what he handed me, which was not what I ordered. When I requested a new drink, he rudely asked if I was going to pay for it—I said yes. He then angrily tossed my drink aside, and the blender added something to it before handing me back the same incorrect...
I spent over $6 for what should have been two scoops of ice cream. I usually visit this neighborhood Baskin-Robbins because the service is generally good, but the portion size for the ice cream is disappointing. I would prefer to go elsewhere where I can get better value for my money; this is just ridiculous. Take a look at the picture and judge for yourself.
The food was terrible. They served cold hash browns and stale jelly munchkins. I was waiting for my mobile order for about 20 mins. Throughout my 20 mins there, there were countless complains on their orders. Clearly, the good reputation fell short.
