The management at this location is disappointing. The manager, Sonia, has an unapproachable demeanor and appears indifferent to customer satisfaction. I faced misleading advertising when I ordered a cake advertised to serve 8-10 people for $28.99. Instead, I was told they didn't have that size available and had to pay an additional $20 for a full sheet cake. This is simply unacceptable and feels like a scam!
The restaurant often struggles with consistency regarding their frozen drinks and coffee. Despite clearly expressing my preferences, they frequently miss the mark.
The food is fresh, and the staff is exceptionally professional, providing excellent service.
I waited 15 minutes for two scoops of ice cream, and the service was very slow. Book a table now
