I explained that I simply wanted to take a cake from the refrigerator and purchase it – nothing complicated that would require lengthy preparation. My transaction would have taken just a minute. However, the uninterested employee continued to refuse my request, and we ended up going back and forth for as long as it would have taken to complete the sale.
This experience reflected poorly on the management for employing unfriendly and unhelpful staff who are unwilling to fulfill their basic duties. Bad service overall!
Just love this location. Always clean and friendly staff. Super helpful with questions and decisions. Great parking and convenience. Some of the freshest ice cream around. Birthday and special occasion cake are perfection. Can't wait to be back.
It was so freaking hot the day I stopped by. Baskin Robbins has definitely kicked up it's game with all the new dessert options, but I still love the same classic flavors: Mint and cookies cream. ENJOY!
Excellent customer service with great prices around I’ve seen. The store looked and smelled squeaky clean and the lady working there was very kind and accommodating, would definitely recommend.

I arrived at 2 PM, and the owner was happy to create a custom flavor ice cream cake for us in under three hours. I hadn't visited since the lockdown, and I must say, the cake was delicious!
The staff were friendly, but I found the ice creams to be a bit too sweet for my liking. Additionally, the prices are on the higher side.
I was served a banana royal in a double scoop cup : $8 not happy. They were not full size ice cream scoops.
Really kind employees they went above and beyond to make sure we were seen to.
