I had an incredible experience at Baskin-Robbins! I recently enjoyed their warm brownie sundae with extra hot fudge, and it was absolutely divine. The mix of warm brownie, cold ice cream, and rich hot fudge created a flavor explosion like no other. The taste was flawlessly balanced, and each bite was pure joy. The staff was friendly and efficient, which made my visit even better. I highly recommend indulging in this delicious treat and the delightful options at Baskin-Robbins. Five stars for sure!
The San Jose BR has a new employee who was quite rude. When I asked for a kids cone, she insisted that such a thing didn't exist and then went on to lecture me about the different sizes. All I wanted was a simple kids cone! Additionally, when our child got something in his eye, she refused to give us water and told us to buy bottled water instead. Previously, there was a gentleman who was always polite, but this new employee, Dianna, lacks basic customer service skills.
The ice cream was delicious, but my experience was somewhat affected by the cleanliness standards. While I was enjoying my dessert, I noticed a young gentleman cleaning the countertops and glass surfaces. He was using a duster and didn't wash his hands or put on gloves before attending to another customer who had just arrived. It made me a bit uneasy about the hygiene practices in the restaurant.
It's ok. There are better ice cream places than this. It's like your in the neighborhood quick stop if you don't want to spend too much time trying to find the perfect ice cream place. They have most of the regular flavors covered. They have 31% off every 31st of the month.

The ice cream changed my life. The smooth texture of each flavor really unlocked a neuron in my cranium I didn't even know I had! I recommend getting the Rocky Road flavor as it's the best flavor they have and the employees love scooping it!
Great service. Gets busy at times but overall one of my favorite places. during the summer this place is amazing to go to. They have so many flavories and the cast of helpers behind the counter are so attentive.
Best I've cream shop NA. The cream is so creamy! I got the Jamaica almond fudge with almonds and hot fudge and I ate it up.
The ice creams are good but the place is filthy. Tables are not cleaned and have all kind of stains. Same with floors.
