Ice cream is one of my favorite snacks or desserts. I usually opt for a sugar cone, but sometimes I indulge in a sundae or a smoothie. Every December, I eagerly anticipate the Winter WHITE Chocolate flavor. However, on my recent visit to two different locations, they were out of stock! Instead, I tried the MILK Chocolate Cherry Bark as a substitute, which was delicious and had a pleasant crunch, but it just can't compare to my favorite. When I got home, I called four other locations, and none of them had it either. I was reassured that it hasn’t been discontinued, but it looks like I’ll have to wait a whole year for my beloved Winter WHITE Chocolate flavor!
Anthony was very polite trying to stay neutral to my issue! But his coworker is rude as heck! She just tossed my bag to me and walked away without saying thank you or good bye. I asked a simple question that must've been a confusing chemistry question! I asked for a manager's number or email and I got nothing! Manager or supervisor feel free to message me ...I will continue going to La Verne instead
A great place to enjoy good ice cream! The ambiance of the place was very welcoming and so are the employees. The manager of the place is really sweet and talks to us, keeping us entertained while our orders are being made. Always asking how we are doing which is always a pleasant conversation. The ice cream cakes always turn out so BEAUTIFUL!!! WILL BE RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE :D
I placed a delivery order from Baskin Robin (San Dimas) and the person they made my order wrong and charged me for it. Instead of making me the 2 scoop sundae that I ordered and paid for they made me a 1 scoop sundae and changed me for the 2 scoop. i will never order from baskin robin again.

We had a lovely experience at this Baskin Robbins today, thanks to the sweet staff member who assisted us. I would suggest adding a tip option for card payments, as I had some change on hand but would have liked to give her a little extra. Thank you! It's a really nice location!
We've been visiting our local Baskin-Robbins for the past 30 years, and it never disappoints. The staff is always friendly, and they offer a fantastic selection of classic flavors alongside some more adventurous options. It's a great spot for a fun family outing!
The excellent ice cream here gets five (5) stars but minus one (1) star for the rudeness exhibited by the young girl behind the counter. She could care less whether I ordered or not, too bad.
Great variety of flavors, really clean, friendly service! My sons were extra happy that they got alien hats to match their alien ice cream cups.
