I stopped by late at night hoping to satisfy a craving but ended up very disappointed. With just one employee working, I was second in line for ice cream but was ignored while everyone who arrived after me was served. After waiting ten minutes without any assistance, I decided to leave. It felt like some customers weren’t given proper attention. This was by far my worst experience, and I definitely won’t be returning.
The restaurant consistently delivers poor service to customers ordering and picking up, whether in person or by phone, frequently making order mistakes. This issue has gone on for years. The only items you can reliably expect are ice cream cones and donuts. It's best to avoid placing pick-up orders with them entirely.
I went it there for a night craving. They only had one person working and I came in second for ice cream the employee saw me and ignored me and helped everyone else that came after ten minutes of waiting I walked out. I guess not all customers are apriority. Worst place ever. I will never go back there
The staff appeared unwelcoming, and the ice cream had a stale flavor, as if it had been sitting in the freezer for an extended period. Book a table now
This is my favorite Baskin Robbins location! The staff is wonderful—very friendly and kind, especially Katie and Rochelle!
