I visited this location hoping to enjoy my favorite flavor, World Class Chocolate, only to discover that they don’t carry it at all. How can a Baskin Robbins not offer the 31 original flavors? I was informed that, since it's a franchise, they have the freedom to choose which flavors to stock. Honestly, I am quite disappointed. They were also missing several other favorites, including some that are promoted in Baskin Robbins’ online advertisements. I’ll be looking for a different location to visit in the future.

It was 8:55, but the door was locked and the employees ignored us. Tonight we tried again. We got there at 8:40 and as we drove up the employee locked the door and ignored us. We won?t be going back again. I don?t know how they remain in business. The Arden location is great!

Did not have the flavor ice cream cake they said had on the phone 15 minutes earlier. I was told there were many different sizes of the flavor cookies and cream on chocolate. There was not a single chocolate cake. Obviously she didn't know what wasthere. I did try an ice cream pizza. Bit expensive, but great product. Worth trying.
I've reviewed this restaurant previously, and there’s not much new to add. The customer service is excellent, and the ice cream is consistently delicious. However, I usually just order a scoop of ice cream each time, so I don’t have much information on the specialty items at this location.
Stoped by tonight before 10pm and the place was already closed. There were two employees inside cleaning up and looked at me as I tried to open the door and kept going about their cleaning business. If your hours at this location have changed, please update them for your customers.
