I definitely do not recommend their ice cream cakes. They tasted stale, and the cake itself was extremely dry and crumbly, even after letting it thaw for a while. I'm not sure what went wrong, but something was definitely off. I spent $43 on a cake that looked smaller than what I had ordered, and it barely got touched at our work party—it was that bad. Save your money!
I called to speak with an assistant manager or team leader to let them know there might be an issue with that batch, hoping they wouldn't face a similar problem in the future. I would hate for this to happen to a child's birthday cake. She said "sorry" but seemed annoyed that I was even calling and came across as quite rude....
The bathroom was clean, but the service was slow, even though the place was nearly empty. It’s just ice cream—there's really no excuse for that. The seating looked like something from an estate sale, and I noticed two employees lounging around off the clock. One of them was incredibly loud, talking about her friends getting high, which was rather obnoxious. She really needs to develop some professional social awareness.
A friend of theirs came in without a mask, and none of the staff asked him to put one on. The ice cream itself had freezer burn, and it was overly sweet, typical of an American chain. I love ice cream, but I could only manage to eat a fifth of my single scoop. I don’t think...
This location is just okay. Unfortunately, there is no happy hour here from 2-4 pm—no exceptions! I much prefer the North Normal, Illinois location. I ordered a medium Caramel Craze latte, and with the app, it was only $3 instead of $5.49. Be sure to order or pay through the app to take advantage of special deals! The latte was quite sweet but still tasty. I love a good ice-cold Dunkin' coffee on a hot day! This spot also offers Baskin-Robbins ice cream.
I visited Dunkin this morning, and as usual, it was busy, which is to be expected. However, the staff were rather rude. They also gave my son the wrong donut. When I politely mentioned this while receiving my drink, the manager glanced at me, quickly took the bag, and got the correct donut. Unfortunately, when we were leaving, my son said it still wasn’t the one he had ordered, but he decided to eat it anyway.

This Baskin Robbins closes at completely random times. The only notice is handwritten signs taped to the windows. Really frustrating when you've already told your kids you're going for ice cream. Sorry kids, I guess no one wants to work today.
Stopped by for my regular strawberry banana smoothie this am 9/25/22 only to be told sorry we are cleaning the machine. I'm not a manager but, shouldn't this be done at closing?? Let's not be like Mc Donalds with sorry the machine is down.
I wouldn't recommend eating or drinking anything from this restaurant. The quality of everything I ordered was subpar, and the service was quite slow. Do yourself a favor and look for another place to dine.
The coffee is great, but the service is quite slow. Even when I ordered ahead, I still had to inquire about my order's status. However, the young woman who prepared my drink was quick and very courteous.

I've been coming to Baskin-Robbins for years and have always had a smooth experience. The drive-thru line is typically short, making it very convenient. I highly recommend checking out their menu!
