Upon entering, you'll find a hectic atmosphere. I suggest ordering through the mobile app exclusively at this location. While I understand the morning rush can lead to stress with so many customers, they frequently forget items or include incorrect ingredients in my orders. It feels like you receive whatever they choose to give you, and they are quite stingy with portions. On the positive side, I will say they are quick and efficient when it comes to fulfilling orders.
The coffee here is so weak that it hardly deserves the name! The manager is incredibly rude. Every time we order ahead, there’s always something wrong with our food. The last time we visited, our meal was burnt, and we didn’t receive a replacement or a refund. We’ve decided to stop going to this location, and I recommend you do the same. It would be better to head to Teaneck or Dumont instead.
The new drive thru LOOKS great, but has a double lane that allows for people with mobile orders to literally cut the line which is EXTREMELY unfair. In the past month it’s happened to me 3 times already. they should block off that mobile order lane with cones or something and make them wait in line with everyone else. i do mobile orders too and i wait in line like a normal person.
This location has been remodeled and now offer drive through. The inside is beautiful. Donuts are fresh. The employees are wonderful and offer great service.Kid-friendliness: my granddaughter was with me they were patient as she made her selection. Book a table now
The staff at the register could be more welcoming and enthusiastic about their work environment. They make a fantastic coffee Coolata, but their attitude leaves something to be desired. It can make customers hesitant to approach them.
Been going here for years. Workers are patience and friendly. Ice cream is properly labeled and staff is attentive. Recommended.
