I had an awful experience at this restaurant. They charged us for a cake that we never received. When we tried to address the issue, they refused to issue a refund or provide a replacement cake. To top it all off, their attitude was rude and dismissive when we requested our money back. I strongly recommend reaching out to consumer protection agencies about this situation.
Every other night I play this fun game where I stop by a business, and try to just buy a single thing. Well that’s an impossible task, seeing as how this is just the next business to state that they are open, with open sign on and all, and still just act like they don’t hear you because they are too lazy to work. It’s 35 min till closing time btw. Worthless.
These people are thieves. They don't have any problem taking your money for products and then not providing them. We ordered a cake and we never recieved it. When we contated them, they refuse to issue a refund or provide a new cake. They're even rude andignorant to us about it telling us that if we want our money back, we need to contact corporate.
I drove across town to visit this place, only to find a rude staff member informing me that they were out of strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, and cookies and cream flavors. The website states that they are open until 10 PM, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I arrived at 9:00 PM on Saturday, July 30th, and although I could see someone inside, the door was locked. I then tried the drive-thru but received no service.

Awful customer service! This was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. The staff at the drive-thru was incredibly rude and condescending. They really need to update their menu at the drive-thru as well!
