My daughter has a dairy allergy, so we decided to take a risk and bought a dairy-free ice cream for her. Sadly, she ended up throwing most of it away after tasting it, and we felt it was a waste since we had to pay for it without having tried it first. Very rude staff, and yesterday I went to shop around 9:45 pm and placed take out order, they didn 't gave me any spoon with it and when I asked them about spoon they rudely said, We DON 'T HAVE ANY AT THIS MOMENT, HAVE A GOOD NIGHT and fun fact was I was able to see the whole box of spoons behind the counter. They just want me to get out ASAP, so they can close the store. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. you just can 't behave with customer like this.
Super disappointed with kernels popcorn. This is my 2nd time that i am disappointed. They give regular salted popcorn instead of sweet chilli. I asked mistute of caramel+sweet chilli and i only got caramel+ salted.1st time i thought may be a genuine mistake but this time again. Is this type of service you provide. Like i bought two large and it cost a good amount of money.

The milkshake was really good! I didn’t realize the regular size would be a bit small, so next time I’ll definitely go with the large. Overall, I’m quite happy with my order!
The food was very delicious and arrived cold. The Hot Brownie Sundae had a fantastic foundation, and it was really simple to pick out toppings.
