Service is on the very low end. They keep empty buckets out. They ran out of plain cones and a week later they still didn't have any. I asked when they would get more and the worker stated that just haven't been getting them in. Went there the other day and ordered one scoop on a plain cone and got a sloppy CUP of half melted ice cream with an upside down cone shoved on top of the mess. Common sense is lacking and customer service is garbage. That was the last time I'll visit this location.
Awful service! We attempted to order from the menu, but the staff member struggled to understand us. She was rude when we tried to clarify our order. I will never return to this place. It was also very dirty!
The inside was extremely clean. The workers were constantly cleaning while I ate my ice cream. Workers were friendly and efficient. I would recommend.
