As soon as I went in, I was greeted by an enthusiastic young man named Mason who made my day complete! Not only did he offer a free sample, but he helped me get a delicious cake for my cousin's birthday party. Overall, my experience here was a 10/10 because of him. We definitely need more exceptional customer service like this! I'm sure we'll have to go back. Job well done Mason!!
I had an incredible experience here a few days ago. A wonderful young man named Mason helped me and my friend because we had never tried Baskin Robbins before. He let us taste some flavors, recommended us what he thought were the best flavors, and was just a very good employee! Would definitely come back here
I am writing this review in regards to the extraordinary customer care from the associate named Mason. Not only did he provide us with tasteful samples but he also recommended us his favorites which were delightful. Very extroverted young man and always brings a smile when I come in!
I came here for my birthday and hoped for something sweet. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and welcoming. I had never had such a nice ice experience -31 flavors is what I expected, but I ended a bonus flavor: friendliness
