This location's staff is extremely disappointing, especially considering it's the only Dunkin'/Baskin-Robbins for quite a distance. They often claim to be out of ingredients or say that items are no longer on the menu. At first, I thought I was just having bad luck when ordering a chocolate shake or the Oreo Mega Blast. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this restaurant via DoorDash, and I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered two ice creams with three scoops and toppings. One of them arrived with M&Ms and rainbow sprinkles, while I actually requested rainbow sprinkles, gummy worms, and brownie cubes. The other ice cream didn’t have any toppings at all, even though I specified three toppings. If there’s an issue with the toppings, it would be better to remove that option from DoorDash. During my last order, I asked for a chocolate chip sundae, but instead, I received just one scoop of vanilla ice cream. When I tried to call, I found out it was a MagicJack number! The ice cream itself is really good, however when I asked the employee what “gluten conscious” means they said that it DOES contain gluten. After looking at some more flavors that didn’t seem to make sense to me so I googled it as well. The BR website itself says that “gluten conscious” means that there IS NOT gluten. I have celiac disease so I need to be extremely careful when eating out. The employees are not trained properly and it could make someone very sick.
I had an outstanding experience with the barista named Yannera (if that's not correct, my apologies). She exceeded all my expectations. She was friendly, smiled often, and was incredibly efficient, managing both the drive-thru and inside line at the same time. She even came over to offer me napkins. I'm truly impressed with this level of service. Thank you!

This place is a mess and disappointing. They don’t have your order ready then they mess it up and try to make it your problem the manager there has no idea what he is doing and the staff is clueless

Slow Drive Thru service spent like 10 minutes at pick up Cannot do a Mixed Vanilla an Strawberry Coolata altho every other Dunkin I went to does it. Poor.
These guys always bring a smile to my face, no matter the time of day. They make huge shakes and are consistently friendly and eager to assist.
