I absolutely love Baskin Robbins ice cream and we buy it regularly. Unfortunately our two experiences at this particular store haven’t been great. First we got overcharged and they had no idea how to process loyalty cards. Second time, was this week and I was really disappointed at the lack of direction when it came to social distancing. The store was packed (which is great for business) but I felt very uncomfortable and the staff we overwhelmed. More staff would get the lines moving faster or better signage limiting how many people in the store at a time.
I truly can’t thank the staff at this restaurant enough. After buying a Troll your treat, we left with a very happy and smiling child. However, while walking back, she accidentally licked her ice cream and it fell off. Luckily, I was ready to go back and buy her another one, as she was quite upset. (She didn’t throw a tantrum or anything; she was willing to go without it.) When I went to purchase a new one in a container, the staff surprised me by saying it was on the house. Thank you for your kindness and generosity!
I went to get my usual order this afternoon, December 8, 2020, and was served by a lovely young man named Cooper, who had blonde hair. He was working alone while managing a large group of customers behind me. I was impressed by how polite and efficient he was—his scoops were perfect! His customer service truly exceeded expectations, and he balanced being friendly with serving everyone quickly. Great job, Cooper! Keep up the excellent work!
The gentleman that was working on Anzac Day and finished his shift at 5 went over and beyond to help us pick out the perfect cake for my nieces 21st birthday and may I add that this was a last minute decision that we had made. Then we find out that he put a beautiful happy 21st birthday message in the box. Which was a wonderful surprise. He really made her night. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. The ice cream was delicious

Went got my usual order this afternoon 08.12.20 and a lovely young kid (blonde hair) served me with the name tag ‘Cooper’ he was working by himself with a large group of people behind me to serve. He was so polite/fast/perfect scoops. His customer service was above beyond while still being prompt so he could serve everyone as quick as possible. Your a little ripper Cooper keep up the good work.
The vegan ice cream was nice, but I'm giving this place one star because they don't accept cash and don't have a cash register for it. Cash is still legal tender and should always be accepted. I will not be supporting this store or chain again.
I had an amazing experience with the customer service today. A gentleman attended to us and he was both cheerful and very helpful. The store was nice and clean, with plenty of seating available.
I visited the store on Sunday and was greeted by a fantastic young man named Levi. He provided outstanding customer service and remained very polite, even though the store was extremely busy.

A lovely, clean shop with wonderful service. The lady serving (Sophia? was pleasant to all customers, even not friendly ones and patient and helpful. Ice cream as always was amazing.
