We made a return visit from 2 years ago when we had an incredible meal. hoping for a similar experience. Unfortunately the Bastide has been sold and the gastronomic experience was terrible. Firstly they have several menus available and they are all meat with 1 fish choice or a total vegetarian menu. We were informed that we would both have to choose the same menu as this was restaurant policy...very strange! We opted for the vegetarian menu which was an eye watering 130 euros each. Every course would have fitted into an egg cup, was served luke warm and had no flavour. We had to return the main course as it was so bad. The total cost of the ingredients would have not come to more than 25 eur...

My husband and I went here on our anniversary, and although the meal was fine, it was not worthy of 2 Michelin Stars and the price they charged. They accepted a reservation at 7, but didn't open the dining room until 7:30. They welcomed us graciously and seated us in a parlor and brought drinks and appetizers...the best service of the night. We asked the sommelier to ggest wines to pair with the courses and they couldn't do so. They just served us the same house wine by the glass until we asked for something different. A few of the courses were memorable, others mundane. Overall a disappointment.

A very nice meal with my family. There were two tasting menus available, one fully vegetarian. Food and service both excellent. Dining with an 11 and a 14 year old not a problem at all for the staff. Nice selection of wines as well. Obviously not a budget option but worth it once in a while and probably the nicest food we have had in Provence. But it’s a French Michelin starred restaurant not a bistro so you do need to know what you are getting yourself into it was a long meal, kind of a lunch as a destination place.

We enjoyed our dinner here on a Sunday evening. Being early at 19.00 we started with an aperitif in the garden lounge area… a dream! Amazing view and good drinks. As we do not eat meat but fish we did not wanna go for the garden menu and were happy that the chef agreed to replace the meat courses in the big menu by fish… All courses were really good.
