The rudest staff I have ever experienced. We were a bit late to our reservation but thought it would be okay because of the minute grace period. Apparently not. While we were waiting in line to see the hostess they canceled our reservation. We immediately went up to the hostess to say we were present she said too bad the reservation was canceled. I said I didn’t understand who could have taken our table that quickly, she proceeded to be rude and unhelpful. If she would have been polite and worked with us to reschedule I would have completely understood the cancellation. She told me they were booked solid and continued to be rude. Great food and service. I got seated earlier than my reservation time, food was good as usual and so were the drinks. Service from staff and manager were great considering the weather going on, they did a phenomenal job. You will read negative reviews for any restaurant and staff when you go on a bad day, and they could have had a bad day because of the rain pouring in buckets that day, but they didn't and as usual not disappointed at all
This review should be a star rating. Things started out a little bumpy but the food was excellent and our server Amamda was so attentive she redeemed the service rating. You have to try the Pecan Whiskey Donuts and my friend loved the French Toast. I had the Lobster Benedict which was a Mother’s Day special and think it should be added to the menu. We’ll definitely be back
So much tasty things I’ve never tried before. Steaks are my favorites, no better place for them in Miami. The grapefruit cocktail is orthodox mentioning. Friendly atmosphere. If you are on a diet just try not to fail and start eating everything they do have
