Great place to eat and be welcomed. The staff were friendly and helpful and confirmed order which was nice to see. Cod was lovely and one of the nicest i have had for awhile. Chips nicely cooked and crunchy and not oily, calamari very nice, Reports of the fish cake a commercially made but still very nice. Only disappointment was the pumpkin scallop, pumpkin was lovely but batter not as nice. Garden salad was fresh and well made, Tartare was a good quality and very tasty
Useless. Twice forgot dishes in takeaway (from two attempts) even after calling to double check the order on the second attempt. Totally incompetent staff. Food is nothing to rave about either.
Old school charm with a relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and great fish and chips. Should be more corner shops like yours, worth the almost hour drive we did yesterday!
