"Tipical bavarian farewell served with a big smile. The portions are normal (not the almost vulgar size you get in certain restaurants). It can be noisy if you happen to go next to a party with a lot of beer"

Located just beyond the lobby, the Bayernstube is the Althof Seehotel's acknowledgement of it's address. A small, intimate room with the typical wood paneling and furniture one associates with a Bavarian restaurant, it offers a limited menu with a few Bavarian well known dishes. If one wants to eat Bavarian cuisine with the accompanying atmosphere, there are better choices along the lakeside or in town.

Let me keep this short: immaculate service, cosy atmosphere and most likely the best Saibling (local fish) I ever had, the beaf and salmon tartar as starters blew my mind and all this for very reasonable prices. Great! Keep going like this!

Tipically bavarian fare served with a large smile. The portions are normal (not the almost vulgar size you get in certain restaurants). It can be loud if you happen to sit next to a party with plenty of beers to go
