I can’t say enough about this place! I found my new favorite brunch spot! My friend introduced me to this place this past Saturday and it was amazing! We went around 12:30pm and stayed till they closed at 3. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by not just one but three people which really already had me thinking “I’m gonna like this place!” Because it’s rare that that happens when you feel genuinely welcomed into a restaurant! It’s so cute as soon as you walk in! Great for families and for your brunch buddies! You can come in brunchy dress type of outfit or even your jeans. The moment I stepped into this place was love at first sight. The food is delicious, the staff really friendly and welcoming, the ambiance is classy, yet cozy. I traveled a lot and I must say I became pretty picky when it comes to pick up a restaurant where to go. If it's true that it all narrows down to expectations, well when you go to DW Bistro, all your expectations are matched, even if you didn't have any. It's really a cool place and then there is Bryce. He is all over the places, gently surfing between tables, sincerely welcoming all his guests, because he loves his guests and he knows how to make the feel great. I received a gift certificate from House-eats.com and decided to try this restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was fantastic—the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Our waiter, Alfonso, was wonderful, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. My favorite dish was the Chicken Flautas, while I had the BLT, which had a nice spicy kick and was really tasty. My wife ordered the short rib sandwich and loved it as well. We will definitely be returning!
We decided to escape the hustle and bustle of the Strip and ventured out to this charming little restaurant. While it’s not extravagant, the atmosphere is delightful, and the food was fantastic. The fried chicken was a standout dish, and the burger was delicious as well! The service was exceptional, especially since we were nearly the only customers there. Plus, the prices were very reasonable.

I have been to DW Bistro numerous times over the years and have always enjoyed. In August I went there to celebrate a special anniversary and happen to order a great combination of dishes that worked really well together. Just the right about of heat and flavors. Also, had their pineapple diffused vodka martini, which was a great compliment to the great dinner.
I really enjoy coming to this restaurant because of the cool vibe it offers with the music they play, service they provide, and outdoor seating option. Who would have thought such amazing food could be found in what resembles an office park? Drawing inspiration from Jamaica and New Mexico, the dishes are served in a contemporary setting, and the updated classics are simply delicious at off-strip prices. What a great discovery!
Exquisite bistro in a lovely location. I experienced this restaurant as part of a large group. The service certainly did not disappoint. The food was amazing. I had their BLT, and it was so delicious. Fantastic experience. Highly recommend.
