This was my first time dining in at Bayview, but I’ve had their food once or twice before. Our server was thorough in explaining the menu and the daily specials. He checked on us several times and made us feel like valued customers. Several other employees stopped by the table at various times to make sure that we were enjoying our meal. I ordered the Marcus Garvey tea/lemonade basically an Arnold Palmer) with just the right amount of sweetness. Mine may have been sweeter than the normal version since I inquired about the sweetness level. My husband and I had brunch at Bayview Kitchen for the first time since 2019. We eat mostly plant based foods and opted for the three egg omelet meal. The only problem is it came with a choice of breakfast meats that we don’t eat. We explained this to the owner, and he was very accommodating.We were able to get an omelet with tons of vegetables. The food was fresh, and the portion size was perfect. All throughout our dining experience, the staff checked on us periodically and made several offers to enhance our experience.The dj was on point. An entire vibe! Jerk chicken Josh is such an amazing host and great with service. The mimosas are absolutely delicious and will get you tipsy. The food is well portioned and seasoned well. As a southerner, I do love the grits! Can use a bit more seasoning but I got the whiting a grits so it didn’t have much of a sauce like the other options. I’ll be back though. Drinks, music, and food was 10/10.

Me and my girlfriend had a great experience. She got the London Bishop and I got the Shrimp Rich Bwoy and both were amazing 10/10. Theres music always playing. Staff and owner are super nice. Probably the best restaurant ive been to this year. Book a table now
