The drinks are fantastic too, with some creative twists on the classic mimosas. Overall, the service, food, and ambiance are a solid 10/10. This is a restaurant you absolutely have to try. It's just too good to miss!
We discovered Bayview Kitchen after a frustrating experience at Brownstone Coffee down the street. Upon entering Bayview Kitchen, we were promptly greeted and seated. The staff was both professional and friendly. The ambiance featured a lot of Caribbean influences, and the music selection was just right! Our food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious. The chicken and waffles with Scotch Bonnet Syrup are a must-try! Overall, I can't wait to return to sample the dinner menu; if it’s anything like breakfast, I know I’ll be in for a delightful experience!
Absolutely fantastic! It was my friend and I’s first time visiting this place. I ordered the 212 sandwich along with home fries, and while it was delicious, the eggs could have used a bit more seasoning. The home fries, however, were incredible and had just the right amount of kick! I also had a side of grits that were equally impressive. My friend got the jerk salmon and grits, and she mentioned that she really enjoyed it, although she found the salmon to be a tad spicy. We would definitely return! Sorry for not taking photos before we started eating!
Bayview Kitchen is a local gem that I frequent after work. The drinks, food, and customer service are fantastic. It's the only authentic Caribbean restaurant in Suffolk Long Island. The owner, Josh, is incredibly friendly and makes you feel like part of the Bayview family. The authentic rum punch is always a hit. I usually order the mac and cheese with escovitch salmon, but today I tried the lobster mac and cheese with a grilled lobster tail, and it was phenomenal! Be sure to add this place to your list of must-visit spots; you won't regret it!

I've visited this restaurant several times, and I especially enjoy the lobster mac and cheese; in fact, I've never had a disappointing meal here. The music was a bit too loud, and the manager came off as somewhat pushy. On the positive side, our waiter Jairo was extremely attentive and helpful to our group. Overall, I had a fantastic meal paired with excellent service.
As a first-time visitor, I was impressed with the outstanding customer service I received from the moment I walked in until I left. The food was flavorful, and the presentation was on point. The drinks were refreshing as well. I look forward to returning to try more dishes!
