Expensive, but worth every dollar! You can order à la carte or choose one of the all inclusive tasting menus. We picked the less expensive tasting. In a tasting there are numerous items with most being just one bite. Starting with Cotton Candy Foie Gras (Foie Gras hidden inside a sphere of cotton candy, a surprise taste! , we continued through Bagel Lox Cone (dill cream cheese, salmon roe , Smoke Ice Oysters (apple wood-smoked oysters, apple mignonette , The Classic Tartare (beef sirloin, Savora mustard, egg yolk, HP Sauce, anchovy, Parker House rolls , Chef’s selection of cured meats, “Beefsteak” Tartare (tomato, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, cucumber, black olive, gem lettuce , Rosewood Tex...

Interesting this place is rated so highly. It's not horrible and I'm sure some people love it but if you've eaten at high(er) end restaurants like a Per Se or Picasso, you'll know they deserve 5 stars, not this place. This place was perfectly OK (though overpriced for what you get) but the service was pretty bad and the food was not awesome (or even very good at times) which is why I gave this place the overall star rating I did. Would have had an additional star if service was up to par. They didn't deliver some of the food we ordered, they messed up our drink orders on more than one occasion (Nothing complicated eg. Vodka Rocks w/lemon wedge or Rye and ginger). Food-wise, eh is my overall...

This is one of the best steak restaurants I’ve ever visited. The quality and variety of the meats, along with the unique appetizers, are simply outstanding. The host at the check-in was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Our server at the table was exceptional—he was attentive without being intrusive, perfectly timing his check-ins. This place is consistently one of our favorites, and we will definitely return. If you can eat red meat and are looking for just one dinner in Vegas, this is the place to go.

The food was just not that good. I have been to every high-end restaurant in Vegas and Bazaar Meats didn’t even come close to being in the top 10. We had the Caesar salad and it came in 5 tiny pieces that you eat with your hands. It took about 2 minutes to eat. The sides that we ordered with our dinner were terrible and we had a 2 pound ribeye that was tough. The bill came out to $530 including tip for two people. I would not recommend this restaurant whatsoever! Book a table now

The hostess was rude, but Lou the sommelier was fantastic, which made the entire experience enjoyable. I opted for the tasting menu and would highly recommend it. The tomato tartare and olives were exceptional. I would definitely return.

That was our final visit to this restaurant. The food was outstanding, and the service was fantastic. We tried a variety of dishes that I had never tasted before, and they were all delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

All stunning. Food delicious but the quality of the music is a real turn off. Loud and not the ideal genre for a restaurant of this caliber. But service and quality of food is top notch. Book a table now
